10:00 – 10:30 AM: Late pick-up fee applies
10:30 AM – 6:00 PM: Charged at daycare rate
6:00 – 6:30 PM: Late pick-up fee applies
After 6:30 PM: Charged at boarding rate

Meet & Greet

Before any dog can attend daycare or boarding, owners are required to book a Meet & Greet appointment. This allows us to evaluate the dog's behavior with our staff and other dogs to ensure they're comfortable and a good fit for our daycare environment.

When families arrive, we first give them a tour of our facility, showing them the property, play areas, and where their dog will spend time during their stay. We also take this opportunity to answer any questions they may have about our services or facility.

After the tour, owners can either leave their dog with us for approximately two hours or, if they prefer to stay nearby, they can wait for about 30 minutes. This evaluation period gives us enough time to get to know their dog, observe their behavior, and help them become comfortable in their new environment.

Once a dog successfully passes the Meet & Greet evaluation, the family will be able to book daycare or boarding appointments online.
